honestly could be alot of different things: check for dirty or poorly connected battery terminals,old battery, battery with a dead cell ( ive had new ones with tihs problem),shortin ignition switch/wiring,bad ignition module,cracked distributor cap,if the alternator was bad the car would stall when you remove the terminals with the car running if that dosnt work remove them with car running and assessories on.ive had all these problems before. ive owned at least 100 cars as i can only buy cheap ones.

check the alternature and check the battery.... check battery cables and clean battery terminals and cables very well... and make sure the battery has a nice charge... but if the alternature isnt working properly then u need to get a new one... it could very well not be charging your battery good enough to keep it running

elaborate more, does the car have power? does it start at all than shuts down? could be the fuel filter or wires
