The Heisman doesn't always go to the most deserving player; just ask Adrian Peterson or Vince Young. I think the QB of the winning team will get a boost from the game, but neither player has gotten much attention from the national media. The only chance either player has to edge Tebow for the award is to have an outstanding game both this Saturday and then go on to win the Big 12 championship game with huge numbers as well.

If Daniel can succeed against the Jayhawks Defense, he should jump ahead of Tim Tebow. Reesing has played against better defenses than Missouri, but the key for him is to perform under the spotlight. If so, I believe he jumps Tebow as well.
However, if each quarterback struggles, then the Heisman might fall back to Tebow. I don't think Tebow should get it with 3 losses when there are 2 QB's (Reesing and Daniel) who have their teams on the brink of a national championship.
If Reesing or Daniel played at USC or Florida, they would be at the top of everyone's list. There aren't many Heismans awarded to middle America.

Personally I would give it to Dixon. He was no doubt the best player in college football, and just because he got hurt doesn't mean he shouldn't win the award. Oregon couldn't beat arizona without him. Arizona. With him they were a shoe in for the national championship. Don't you think Peterson deserves offensive rookie of the year in the nfl? If Mcfadden puts up 200 yards against LSU and the razerbacks win, then I think he will get it, since he was on everyone's list at the begining of the year, and writers don't like to be wrong. If he doesn't, then it will most likely go to one of the two you mentioned. If neither of them have a big game, then it will probably end up in Pat White's hands. Whoever the big ten votes for is pretty much going to decide it. They don't have a real canadite this year, and in years past heisman voting has always gone by region. Mcfadden gets more press up here than either Chase or Kansas' QB.

No, because I think Tebow will get it regardless. Daniel in 2nd. place. Reesing will get lots of last minute support if KU gets to the NC, but nobody seems to have faith in that happening but you & me. I would like to see Daniel get a chance, but her has another year too, right? I see Tebow this year, Daniel next year and Bradford after that. 2 yrs from now NOBODY is going to be able to stop the Sooners, and Bradford will be a Jr. SUPERSTAR ( God, PLEASE don't let him take a job at Big Red!)
GOOD GOD, I can't believe I'm saying something nice about OU. Guess when you look at the stats, the truth becomes apparent. Too bad a certain Mountaneer fan can't see the obvuious truth. Maybe he had too much 'shine for breakfast!

As strange as this sounds, this Kansas/Mizzou game is make or break for these two excellent QBs. If neither has a "stellar" stats game, then I think Tebow is a shoe-in. If however, one or the other blows out the opponent, then I think Tebow might have some competition.

I think if West Virgina wins out, Pat White should win it. But i agree with you Tebow is the MVP of college football. As for Daniel or Reesing, i think Daniel has a real shot if they win the big 12.

Yes. The Kansas vs. Mizzou game will be watched by everyone in the country. All the voters on the coast will see them and hear about what they have done. If they play great as expected, it will be between them.

No. I think Darren McFadden will have the second best game of this season. I dont think he can top what he did in the South Carolina game. Arkansas is going to knock LSU off the top this week!!!
McFadden for the Heisman Yeah!
