Which do you like better?

Both are lovely, but I think that Chloe Rose is prettier because of the repeated O sounds. Also, I think that the rhythm of Chloe Rose (two, one) is nicer than Chloe Bella (two, two) though I guess this might depend on your last name.
Either will be beautiful, but I love Chloe Rose!

If my son were a girl then I would have went with Chloe Lynn (Lynn's a family name).
I absolutely love Chloe Rose... it's beautiful!! Chloe Bella doesn't flow very well.
