definetly family. i use the others if my sim has twins, one will be family and the other will be one of the other aspirations.
and i agree, The Sims do ROCK!

Knowledge, then family. I find both to be pretty easily attainable (and sometimes they overlap -- knowledge sims want to get married and have babies, too).
