I have been working at Circuit City and am lookin for a new job is Target a good place?

They have benefits, if that's what your looking for...your salary will be contigent on your skill set. Depends on what you want out of the job, it can be a great job (my bf is a GM, does REALLY well), or it can be a 9-5 minimum wager, up to you really.

Depends on how far down the food chain you are. Look at the wages, the hours expected to work, your job assignment, benefits, and is there potential to grow in the company??
