I say wheeeee every time I take my African grey parrot, Igor for a "fly." I hold his toes between my fingers, I run around the yard like an idiot while he flaps his wings. I say, "wheeee," and he responds, "wheeeeeeeeeee."
He loves when we go wheee, so we do it, and say it, a lot.

All the time--I was playing with my daughter the other day and we took her 'little people' to the park and they were on the merry go round. Then they did dives off the top of the clubhouse......evil grin.......and ran each other over with their cars.........
