yea the quattros are excellent in the winter. They track amazing in snow and ice you really have to drive one on ice to see just how impressive they are. the front trac models are also good they are no quattro but the A6 is a heavy sedan so even the front traks do very will in the winter. If you are looking for a safe great handeling winter car the A6 is perfect. the added plus of galvinized panels is great for salted roads they do not rust easily .

My friend jay had an A6 quattro and it was awesome. We had it out all winter in every storm. It plowed through several inches of snow, and was really fun to get it sideways. It outperformed my friends WRX 10 to 1.

Is it a Quattro? If it is a Quattro, then it is one of the best cars in the winter to drive. If it is front wheel drive, then its just like any other front wheel drive car in the snow.
