Listening to the parade very loud all through the house and drinking wine with a man I liked or loved!! I don't want to get dressed up and go to eat with a bunch of distant relatives.

This Thursday is my birthday. I'd rather be on my new computer playing The Sims 2 for always and eternity...or at least until I get my fill. I always have to shut the game down before I'm ready.

I am going to commence my customary monthly reading of the story of 'Sai Baba' this Thursday. Since I cannot do much of reading of the book in the morning, I would come home after work in the evening and resume reading it.
Sri Sai Baba is a great avadhuta (the incarnation of God in human form) and He is a representative of God. Any one who reads His book (His Life History) and recites his name at least once a day will remain happily ever after.

I would rather be spending it with my mom (she passed away at the end of August this year) eating some of her famous cornbread stuffing and cheese potatoes. But, instead, I am going to be with my husbands parents. Don't get me wrong...they are extremely nice people and I love them dearly, I am just going to miss my mama. :~((
