If I graduate from a community college with an A.A. degree or 4 year university with a Bachelors degree, in sonography, will it affect how much I make in my career depending on which degree I get?

Probably, yes. Generally speaking, across the states those with a bachelor's degree have higher median incomes than those with only an associate's. BUT, this can vary significantly, especially by field.
