Ok so my last period was Sept 10th and it has been MIA since. I have taken several home pregn tests and all neg. Some urine test from the doc and neg, and today I went to have blood drawn for an HCG QL. I have a 16 month old and wouldn't mind if I was preg again, I am under no more stress than normal and yet still nothing.

I wouldnt worry about it. Your body's cycle will change from time to time, resulting in skipped and missed periods.
Beyond that, you ARE stressing since you have taken tests and repeatedly gone to the doctor to find out. That means in the mean time you have been convincing yourself you might be pregnant- thats the sort of thing that results in missed periods.

I tested either negative or inconclusive for nearly four months of my first pregnancy. The missing period is pretty definitive, but the blood work should tell you for sure. I should have know from the way my breasts were growing, but it was my first, so I just thought I was putting on a bit of weight.

Hopefully the blood will either show some HCG levels or not so that you will know. If not then you should talk to your Gyno to see what is going on. Good Luck hun.

Periods can be funny things, they can stop for no reason at all or they can stop because of diets, stress or medical problems, Ask your doctor to send you for tests.
Good Luck

Why don't you just go and see a doctor about it. A GP will tell you if you are pregnant or not and if you aren't he can investigate why you aren't menstruating.
