im really curious why do you women say that prenups are bad things?

Prenups aren't bad.
Based on what I know, I would strongly suggest them. They help eliminate what oftentimes becomes a very emotional issue over who gets what.
IF you are in a relationship where your partner is unwilling to enter into a prenuptual agreement, then I would suggest you do some soul searching and take some time to consider why they refuse.

I am a woman and I don't think that pre-nups are a bad thing. If a man or woman has a lot of money invested before you came along then I say it's okay. Besides marriage shouldn't be about money and who gets what especially if you truly love someone then you shouldn't be offended.
