coincidence ? Could we please abstain from thumbs down on this one, pleeeeese... for me ? All are entitled to their opinion, just requsting a little respect for that fact.
If I were asking how to perform laser eye surgery, on myself, there may actually be a correct answer, not so on subjective questions. Please respect others' opinions. Thank you !

Good people, I'm sorry for not checking sooner, my little 3 mo. old kittten is missing... can't find her... anywhere, needless to say, there's no laughing here, tonight. Somehow I feel as though I'm being punished for something, either that or "life" is trying to teach me something, I'm just not getting.

WHIP: I hadn't yet realized sweet Ezmawelda was missing when I posted this question... right now, all the "tires" have flown off my car, and my "lugs" definitely aren't tight

To Bear: found Ezmawelda this morning, outside, where's she's never been. I've "lost" three cats in the past year ( old age health issues) losing " Elda" took me back to all that grief. She, and I are fine this morning... very tired...no sleep, spent most of night out looking for her... thank you for concern
Hugs, good penny !!!

Coincidence is simply the result of convergent causality and the concept of randomness is just a term that is applied to extremely complex causality.

With that said, I know that "it's" all for a reason. There is no other way it can work.

This question is not so subjective. Random events are events that happen for no reason. However, are their truly random events? I don't believe there are true random events. I will explain why. Now if I was driving a car and the tire came off and my car ran into you is that a random event.. You did not do anything to cases that event but you were affected by the event. Trace it back and you find out that some one did not put the lug on tight enough or there was some other problem. Natural events always have a cause as to why they occur ed. We are speaking about random issues not mystical events. There are mystical events that happen in random, but their is still a reason why you or whom ever experience this. You just happen to be there when that car tire came off. You where going that way any way. You just did not happen to be there. You made a choice to go in that direction even if you were trying to aboard traffic. Say a police told you you had to go in that direction because of traffic accident. It still is not random because you the police told you to go that way.

i think ur previous answerers are under a mishaprehension.

There is a lot to be said for Randomness(like choosing our
leaders randomly and thus more fairly);
People feel secure with a reason-for-everything,as they do
here and elsewhere with the idea-of definitions.
The power of taught knowledge is great, but noone should
be in any doubt any longer(not since the publication of the
Open society and its Enemies,and other critical books);
that is, specifically-taught-knowledge is fallible- it can
"reach" millions and be completely mistaken(sometimes
with dire consequences).
Even say love of knowledge is not enough reason to believe
a teacher.
For love-of-knowledge says nothing about violence and
violent action-we have to have more, probably a (sort of)
"religious" code which is based* on one thing (and not
martyrdom or living-the-good-life,whatever that is).
That thing being THE non-violent/violence one.Whether
starting-with humankind,then all animals,or not.

And other things such as increasing population, climate change may have a reason or not(as i would argue),but their
influence can be a reason why we can cooperate and act
to reduce their harmful (e.g.violent)and further effects.

I believe that everything is for a reason. My biggest example.

I meet my friend Susan.
She introduced me to this girl Bobbeh.
I dated Bobbeh and meet Callie.
Dating Bobbeh showed me what I dislike in a girl.
We went to a Halloween party, I meet Olivia.
Bobbeh and I broke up.
I dated Olivia and meet Callie again.
Broke up with Olivia.
Callie invited me to a quincera.
Meet Iris who's birthday party is was.
Asked her out that very night.
We have been dating for 8 months now.
No longer friends with Susan, Bobbeh or Olivia.
Found out that Iris was planning on killing herself the day after her birthday party and the only reason she didn't was because of me.

So to answer your question, I believe that it is all for a reason.

I do not believe that God is up there directing things to happen. So I do not believe that something is happening for an external reason. There is way to much problems with the predestined events.
I do believe that there are external and internal reasons for something happening but it is because of causes here. You may have done something to make it happen. I also believe in some mental telepathy. I may think of my wife while I am at work and she may call because somehow she hears my thoughts. (Hopefully not all of them).

I do not believe everything is for a reason or everything is random. Some things are random and some things are for a reason. ppl don't just die for "a reason" but its not random either. If you want to say they died for a reason then fine, here is the reason. That person with cancer died because she abused her body from eating meat, dairy products, white rice, white bread, sweets and other stuff and developed cancer and died from it. That's the only reason she died. She didn't die because there is some "reason" she needed to die. And it's not random selection of death.

I think randomness is just overlapping reason in a manner in which we cannot predict. Everything happens for a reason and randomness is just what it may appear to be. Action is control with no control, and coincidence is peace in chaos.

Do you believe in God?... look at the things that happened in the places you wanted to go but you didn't made it for some reason, then think at your beliefs and its up to you to find the answer
