No you're not being paranoid. Whenever I get on Yahoo Answers I always put tin foil around my head so that they can't tell what I'm really thinking. Lady Cleo is on the phone, I gotta go.

You have nothing to worry about most of our government officals collect their pay and don't worry about anything else they could care less what the average American really cares about. They put their four day work week in take all the free benefits of their position and vote themselves a nice big raise and take another vacation all paid for by your tax dollars . So don't worry they could care less want the average citizen is concerned about. The only time you'll every hear from a goverment official is if you make a mistake on your tax return.

There is such a thing as the Patriot Act now. If the government wants to incarcerate you, they really don't need a reason. Everything is open to them, even library records. So enjoy this platform, this isle of free speech, and fear not what others can do to your country but what your country can do to you.

You are not paranoid, and even if you were, it wouldn't mean that the government wasn't out to get you.
Yahoo Answers is a public forum for the exchange of ideas and knowledge. That's all it is.
Go back and have some fun with your computer.

Yahoo answers is not "part" of a conspiracy. Well sort of, I wouldn't doubt it if government officials browse sites like this, and forums, looking for people to put on their list of possible "enemy combatants".

Its not part of a conspiracy, per say. But, I'm sure if someone posts something making threats to the President or government, or spells out plans of terroristic activity, and gets reported, I'm sure that Yahoo has an obligation to report it to authorities.

Big Brother is real, and 1984 was written because of conditions that George Orwell actually saw coming in his real life. Our only salvation is to wake up! *sm*
