ENERGY IS THE CAPACITY TO DO WORK. IT MEANS,
If a body has energy, it can exert a force and perform work.
Energy is never created nor destroyed, it can only be converted from one form into another.
E.g. when fuel undergoes combustion, chemical energy stored inside the fuel, is converted to Heat and Light Energy.
When a light bulb is hooked to a battery, electrical energy stored inside the battery is converted to heat and light.

Energy can be transported from one place to another. This can be done in two ways. Either the object that contains energy itself moves. Or Energy is transported as a Wave. E.g. when an earthquake takes place under the sea, the energy travels in the form of a wave called tsunami, and travels thousands of miles, and is expelled at the sea-shore where it causes destruction.

Energy is the ability to do work. An object or substance has energy if it can move or if it can generate such things as heat, sound or electricity,

Energy is everywhere in sulight as heat and ligt. It is created by many thigs like,
The sun- Heat and light
A moving car- kinetic energy is stored
Dynamite-chemical energy

These are few ways that energy is created and also stored.
This ability is potential energy.
Energy never vanishes Enery is never lost but can be wasted if it is not put to work. For an example an ordinay light bulbs converts only one fifth of its electrical energy into light , the rest is wasted as heat.
Enegy cannot be destroyed but it could be wasted.

Energy is interaction betwen sub-atomic fields - protons, electrons and such. Different particles are charged differently and differences in charges create this tension or energy. Energy cannot be destroyed - it just changes form. For example a hot cup of tea becomes colder as it releases the heat energy into the room. The heat does not disappear - it is in the room's air but there is not enough of it for you to feel it.

ENERGY: it can't be created nor destroyed. it can only be transferred e.g. A human rubs there hands together. Chemical energy -> kinetic + heat.

Energy however is thought to be created by the big bang, this has not been proven so ignore this.

Energy is a scalar physical quantity that is a property of objects and systems which is conserved by nature. Several different forms, such as kinetic, potential, thermal, electromagnetic, chemical, nuclear, and mass have been defined to explain all known natural phenomena.

Energy is converted from one form to another, but it is never created or destroyed.

Energy is the capacity to do work. Energy is neither created nor destroyed.

our admittedly primative understanding of energy is that it is conserved in our universe. It does not go away, but simply converts into different forms as it is used or reacts to other forces.

There is a theory that says that everything is made from energy and only energy. When you look into the atom, it ends up being made up of components that are simply energy vibrating at different rates.
