Many science fiction wirters are stating about time travelling. It's not easy but a hard and a complicated task to fulfil. If you are going to invent one everyone sould appreciate it and no wonder you will win the noble prize.
I think you need a chamber where you can stand inside while you are travelling.First of all before travellinge through time you have to organize several things. Like a theory. Then you have to select the time and go there. But you have to keep in mind that your return back here again.
You will have to do a load of calculations, will have to make entopies and formulas. Give it a try!

This is only Fiction my friend... not reality unless you are building a Watch or a clock :-)

My suggestion is, if you have any mechanical/elecrical/electronical strenghts, try to work on a real machine, or make something that is in existance little better/efficient -- so that your future will be secured. Good Luck.

Good luck.

first, a humorous answer...make a watch. haha.

second, practically any machine is a time machine. however the way we use them time is an input. if you reverse the process in a manner where this input is an output then you have a "time machine"
