This is about the fifth or sixth question you've asked about algebra today. Eventually you are going to have to learn to do this yourself.

HOWEVER, against my better judgement, I'll help.

-8.2n=-41
First, divide both sides by -8.2

(-8.2n)/-8.2 = -41/-8.2

n = 5

(recall that dividing a negative by a negative gives you a positive).

So there you go.

divides to the coefficient of the unknown variable,

-8.2n / -8.2 = -41 / -8.2

n = 5..
