I only ask the question to get your intrest to save you some time and trouble. Cancel you account. Get any money you have with them while you still can. They are a TERRIBLE company. Fifth third sucks. Overdraft theives!!!!!! They won't stop calling me about twenty bucks that I don't even owe them. I'm about to write a check to them just to stop the phone calls. They suck. they are cheats liars and thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyone who wants best answer points, tell me why you agree with me and tell me why they suck to you!!!!!! Down with fifth third.

hey spock( or whoever), why would they say I seperated my checking acc. from my debit card. I didn't even know you could do that. Then, they let my debit card get charged again (magazine renewal) after I canceled it. What does the word cancel mean to fifth third. It's idiocracy at it's finest!!!!!

I totally agree with you.
They have poor customer service.
Harass you if you owe them 50 cents in fees and generally use no common sense when dealing with their customers.

Here are some things which recently came to light for me.
Will put your account on hold even if you have overdraft protection.

Charges outlandish service fees and they have been caught in a few lies when dealing with them.

I could go on ....aaargh frustrated.

these firms have the toughest attitudes and policies on overdrafts -- and it is on purpose.
