I'm a big Marilyn Monroe fan and I collect a lot of her stuff.
I want to buy this mannequin but my fiancee and my family things that it looks scary.
What do you think?

Yes, I suppose it is quite scary
I don't want my little nieces coming over and crying
Also people sleep in the room I plan on putting it in

If I were to buy it I keep my collection in a display case in my basement
I really have to think about it though because a lot of guests sleep in the basement, plus children go down there so I don't want to upset anyone

Uhm, yea, it would probably scare me too.... not the mannequin, but the fact that an allegedly straight person is THAT into Marilyn Monroe. Sure would scare me!

I'm sorry but I kind of agree with them but I am scared of mannequins anyway so maybe I am not the best person to answer this question. It's just the expression on her face that makes it look scary to me.

Yea, that is a bit creepy! I wouldn't want to wake up in the middle of the night and see that thing! unless you're planning on opening a museum or something.
Just get some nice posters and stuff.

I could see where it would look a little creepy. I think it would be fine to have in another room, I don't think I would put it in my own bedroom though. GOOD LUCK!!!

It is FREAKY and not only that it is not a very good likeness. Wait around and see if you can find something better for your collection!
