* Yes, I am sorry, it is sort of misleading. I am thinking DIRTY thoughts about someone in my family, that I'll do something bad ;[ I never will, but I am scared and its taking over my life.

Do you currently see a counselor or doctor for your panic disorder? The inappropriate thoughts may be something to discuss with them.

It may not be as bad as you think. Teenagers often encounter new ideas or find themselves reacting in new ways. I'm not saying it's right to hurt anyone, but the thought might occasionally arise. The trick is to not act on the inappropriate thoughts.

Whats with you kids having all these disorders!!!! Go out and play outside like all your little comrades and build tree houses for Pete's sake. You must have a problem with either self -esteem if your siblings pick on you or discipline issues due to neglectful parents whom try to keep you from doing harm to yourself but somehow you see it as oppression. Settle the F down, do your damn homework and join a freaking club. Honestly....and I'm telling Santa to skip your house this year.

If you want to harm someone, then I assume you have a reason. Is someone doing something to you? Or are you just going off for no reason? Theres hope and help either way. If its bad at home, tell someone and see how fast things change. If its just you, see a Dr. he'll help you see things clearly.

I think that you should take a break , go out for a walk when ever you get stressed do some weights. Don't spend all your energy on pan icing. you could be surprised by how much extra energy you have.

Read the Bible. Start in the New Testament. Than learn how to be saved and get saved. You will be happy for the rest of your life and you will have everlasting life.
