to empty your recycle bin simply go to the " recycle bin" icon and click this,then press the "empty the recycle bin" prompt on the left
this will empty the recycle bin,however if you decide you wish to keep the items then click "restore all items",this will send the folders and files back to their original location

I would recommend not to, but if your want to right click it and click empty recycle bin. also another way, double click it, and then on the left, there will be an empty recycle bin link. just click that and your done!

You have been given a right answer but, if you are completely sure that when you delete a file you really do want to delete, why not bypass the recycle bin altogether and hold the shift key down as you press delete.

go to recycle bin and dobuul clik, u will find wht itemes are there than see what are those Itemes which are necessary to u, restore them and than switch crrl+a than delete.

I don't. They recycle man comes every wednesday and takes the boxes to his truck and sorts out what goes where and then chucks it quite unceremoniously in my front garden!!!!!
