You could always use the fake East German National Anthem from "Top Secret"

Hail, hail East Germany
Land of fruit and grape
Land where you'll regret
If you try to escape
No matter if you tunnel under or take a running jump at the wall Forget it, the guards will kill you, if the electrified fence doesn't first.

Just substitute in KEA, since the song doesn't rhyme with East Germany. You can even stretch the pronunciation of it so that it works musically.

National anthems are simply love songs with the country as an object.

I'd suggest using the music for any love song, with a 2 syllable name and substituting in Kea. There might be some additional changes needed for instance, if the lyrics talk about the color of hair...but you will have the substance of it.
