Kerry will be unable to do that. If he had proof that those patriots were wrong, he would have set the record straight during his presidential bid instead of hiding his journals and other incriminating evidence.

Gee, and bet the House on a career politicians' honesty?
Why doesn't Kerry just unseal his own records, and 'prove' it himself? I'm mean, you're running for the USA President's office -- and why wouldn't you unseal what proves your point in 2004 and while the accusations are being leveled (unless you're REALLY hiding something). Wake up, will you.. who ELSE have you ever heard of that had 3 PURPLE HEARTS in his first 3-4 months of duty -- and wrote the reports HIMSELF.
Stop it.
Kerry parlayed fabrications into a career, and after 30-years in the Congress/Senate and a run for the White House.. I still can't NAME a thing, he's done. I mean, the GUY PRETENDED HE WAS IRISH (in post-JFK, Irish Catholic Boston in the 70's, 80's, 90's and 00's) and led not one, but 2 BOSTON St. Patrick's Day parades as Grand Marshall -- and in 2004 admits he's a Hungarian Jew?!!? Can you imagine? Where was the videotape of him talking up his Irish roots over the TV coverage of those -- why not show that? (How gullible are YOU, still.)
The whole DNC, Vietnam-hype/strategy to counter the Iraq War (and GWB's service record) was NONSENSE. JFKerry was not a strong choice, and the Dems should never have allowed his candidacy. DNC should have begged Gore or Bill Bradley to run again (who was a stronger candidate than the media, in their 'pro-Gore can get elected' frenzy in 2000's run-up) gave him credit for. The Clintons stayed away, since they knew a sitting President in wartime, is tough to beat.
Don't be NAIVE about the burden of proof, etc. either.. because not only did O.J. "get away with murder" -- but innocent until proven guilty doesn't apply to an ACTION that you'd done yourself (paperwork for the medals), with the motive (to release himself from military duty, with 3). He didn't get 4, afterall.. eh?

Kerry should have never used his service as THE qualifaction for him to be President. Any Candidate knows that what ever they run on (usually their political record) is fair game and wide open to scrutiny. I found it interesting that he had 5 or 6 guys who stood up and said "Gee whizzers, Wally, this guy is pretty keen." Yet at the same time, about 250 guys stood up and said, "That ain't the way it was."

Personally I don't care who wins the bet. Either way a million dollars is going to Veterans that need it.

Kerry will Sabre rattle and make it look like an attempt to prove him wrong, but in the end will have done nothing. He knows this won't go away, he is hoping time is his friend.
Kerry took him up on the bet? How long does it take to turn over your journal and your videos, I can turn mine over in less than 10 minutes.... tops... especially for a million bucks.

Funny how the blowhards above don't stay informed enough to know Kerry took this idiot up on the challenge and now he's backing off the Million bet

Which I could, but they are not wrong. That is why Kerry couldn't defend himself against their words.

Well, Cas..., apparently he has made it open since 2005.
Edit: Hey, thumbs downers! Here's a quote from the article.
In May 2005, he began signing the Standard Form 180, giving reporters access to his full Navy record personnel and medical records — something he refused to do during the campaign.
