From your options I prefer Kaitlin, it has a flow and with Katelyn, it seems as if the "e" stops the thought of what is being said. However, my favorite spelling of it is Kaitlyn!

Kaitlin looks better than Katelyn. You could also spell it, Kaitlyn or Caitlin or Caitlyn. Myself I like Kaitlyn or Caitlyn.
