Both are located on opposite sides of the room but I do have a cable line that I can use between the two.

I do have a video output on the back of the PC but I'm assuming that I can purchase something that would convert this to the standard cable cord...and then convert the other end (TV) to an S cable? does that make sense?

Answers 1 and 2 re correct, but perhaps you need to set the TV on channel 3 or 4?
Or, on your TV control, select "Setup" or "Menu" and that will guide you.
A cable line should be AN S-VIDEO cable. They are available most anywhere, and Radio Shack for sure.

Hi. Check what video outputs exist on your PC and try to find a matching input on the TV. Answer 1 is correct but I would prefer S-video. Better picture.

Chek your tv to see if it has s video or vga. Which ever one you can run video that way.
