How about you get a degree in either radiology or nursing because it won't cover both unless you go to school for both degrees, or you can be a radiology nurse (which seems more like a nursing job than anything).

they are two different things, actually. You can become a nurse, but to become an xray tech you will need to take different courses in radiology and different type of clinicals. This is not to say that there aren't nurses who work in radiology. Here's a link about radiology nursing:
