Usually stuffing but I don't get a whole turkey. I just buy a turkey breast since that's all we want to eat anyway but you can still stuff it.

You really shouldn't stuff a turkey or a chicken. That is when most people get sick. An improperly cooked chicken or turkey can make you sick. Then if it is stuffed the juices will go through the stuffing and the stiffing is in the center of the turkey. Which is usually the hardest place to cook. the Center.... You should actually make the stuffing in a separate pan.
As for the a stuffing recipe?

Prep Time: 10 min
Total Time: 50 min
Makes: 10 servings, about 1/2 cup each
Ingredients:
1/3 cup margarine or butter
1 medium onion, finely chopped
4 large stalks celery, chopped (about 1-1/4 cups)
30 PREMIUM Saltine Crackers, coarsely broken (about 4 cups of crumbs)
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. ground sage
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 cup chicken broth
Preparation:
PREHEAT oven to 325°F. Melt margarine in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion and celery; cook and stir until crisp-tender. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
SPOON into greased 1-1/2-quart casserole dish; cover.
BAKE 40 minutes or until heated through.

Peaches and crackers mixed together into a pasty stuffing like combination. Makes the turkey taste delicious. (Canned Peaches).
