whilst preparing a loading bay for concreting I was hammering a steel pin into the ground with a sledgehammer, although I still had four inches to to go,I put the hammer down and walked away,I had only walked ten yards and the factory blacked out, the point of the pin had gone through a 11kv cable, one more strike with the hammer and I would have been killed, even today, twenty two years later, I still cannot understand why I put the hammer down and walked away

yes, i would say many times, if you use the concept of logically to people in general, if i need money, and then look down or around and find some, whether on a sidewalk, in my purse (when i had already looked carefully in my purse), or a unexpected check comes in the mail
when i was recently in Miami, driving a large company van with all the crazy drivers, and i thought when someone hits us, and i know they will, i hope this van is damaged enough so i get a smaller rental, then within days that happened (no i wasnt driving that day, so had no part in it, lol ) the outside damage wasnt that much, but the thing didnt start,
i also cant explain why, when i am thinking spiritual thoughts or about departed loved ones, the lights start to flicker, or wind will start to blow in a room with no open windows, others have noticed this, so its not just my imagination
i think we have a level to ourselves, beyond our known senses, whether you want to call it esp, connection with the spiritual world, or whatever,
so for me, its within my realm of logic, its not illogical at all, for others it would seem to be
though, if you come up with the premises, and a conclusion, and you cant disprove it, it should be considered logical, right?
I believe in the spiritual realm
i believe in the communication between this world and the spiritual world, it is interconnected
i believe if we tune into our spiritual side, we discover the force of the spiritual world
My conclusion is that my thoughts and my spiritual force influence my world, and the force of other spirits influences my world

I believe a great deal exists beyond my level of comprehension. My logical framework is incapable of encompassing everything.
Ultimate cosmology, infinity of time, cause and effect on the quantum level - all of these things are beyond the scope of my logic.
I believe the way I think is limited - just like a chimp would be limited to thinking in terms with little abstraction. I do the best I can with the system of abstraction I have. Imagine a Zen koan: once someone has altered their thinking sufficiently, the meaningless question no longer begs to be answered.
If we survive into the far future and "answer" the imponderables of this age, I imagine our logic systems would necessarily be different from what we have now.

yes...i think...its something I've always called overconfidence in myself!i hope I'm wrong..I'd love to be feeling something other than that....i hope it's not just self confidence telling me I'm super correct about certain things...but till something really big n weird happens in my understanding,I'll leave it as self confidence
