Here's something very useful !
You can have your package held for pickup at the shipping depot. That's right. This way, you can go down and pick it up yourself. Just call the shipper who is responsible for making the delivery. Ask for their depot address. Ask how your shipper needs to address their shipping label. Then tell your shipper how to fill out the shipping label. Then all you have to do is go down during their office hours to pick up your package yourself. Now, you don't have to worry about the Front or Back door delivery. The shipper doesn't have to deliver the package. Everyone is happy.
Usually, the shipping label looks like:
Name of Person
Hold for Pick Up
Address
City, State Zip

LOL! I prefer the front door, but I am not in any way opposed to having a package delivered to the back door. It's too wide to not have his...I mean...a... package delivered there once in a while.

I dont accept delivered packages. I am the one to deliver. I can put it in the upstairs window if you want.
