I'm not sure about Prince Philip but the Queen did not attend any schools. She and Princess Margaret both had a sheltered upbringing private tutors and Nannie's I think the Queen had a Nannie affectionately called Crawfie as a child. They spent most of their childhood in London then during the war they were sent to live at Windsor Castle not far from London but far enough away from the bombs. The Queen then Princess Elizabeth joined the WAFS or Womens Auxiliary Territorial Service where she became a driver.
During her homeschooling the young Princess Elizabeth studied history with C.H.K Marten, provost of Eton and also learned modern languages she speaks French fluently she was instructed in religion by the Archbishop of Canterbery and has remained a devout member of the Church of England, as Queen she is supreme governor.

Private tutors and a governess, Marion Crawford, educated Princesses Elizabeth and Margaret within the confines of palace walls. C. H. K. Marten, Provost of Eton, taught Elizabeth history, and the Archbishop of Canterbury saw to her religious instruction. She also became fluent in French.
Prince Philip graduated from the Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, in 1939 after attending among other places Gourdstoun, the same public school that Prince Charles attended, and the American School in Paris. He didn't attend a university.

Queen Elizabeth was educated at home, under the supervision of her mother. She studied history with C. H. K. Marten, Provost of Eton, and also learned modern languages; she speaks French fluently. She was instructed in religion by the Archbishop of Canterbury and has remained a devout member of the Church of England.
Prince Philip's education began at The American School of Paris in Saint-Cloud. However, his grandmother, Lady Milford Haven, advised her daughter to have him educated in England. He subsequently departed for the Surrey preparatory school Cheam. Aged 12, Prince Philip departed England for Germany, studying at Schule Schloss Salem, a school in Southern Germany that belonged to Prince Maximilian of Baden, the father of his brother-in-law. Prince Philip left Germany in 1936, and went to Gordonstoun where he flourished academically and socially.
