Do you mean APART from people who unnecessarily write the word POLL in front of a POLL question in the POLLS & Surveys category - well, that would be people who don't use the spell checker and have little idea in the usage of English grammar ! ! !

AL SHARPTON and the people who keep reporting on him he is a blight on the american people. Also let's not forget the people that call themselves African-americans and don't even know where Africa is. Also the people that think it's okay to have the United Negro College Fund, Black television, Ebony magazine, but demand that the caucasian race treat them as equals. I am a racist only because you cause me to be one. Start acting like my equal and I will treat you as such.

Racists aren't annoying - they're just dumb.
The most annoying people are the idiots who keep asking 'Am I pregnant'!!. Yeah, like we can tell over a computer if you are up the duff. And if you've taken 16 tests and they were all negative, and you've had 4 periods since you last had sex, then guess what - YOU'RE NOT PREGNANT!.

Really clingy people. They want you to go to the bathrrom w/ them, or they go when you do. They also want to hang by while you have a private conversation with someone,or can't go to the salon by themselves and whatnot. I guess I'm a little too independent and find it annoying. Plus, I'm no longer in 8th grade...
