Before it was installed, all the headsets are working.After that the sounds stopped and it affects all other computers.

Make sure you install all the necessary drivers from the cd which is provided by the motherboard company.That cd should consists of chipset driver,sound driver, lan driver and etc.
Make sure all the cables are connected properly on the motherboard.
Without drivers installed it would affect other components in your computer.

If you dont have the cd u can download the drivers from www.opendrivers.com or www.driverguide.com or some official website like www.msi.com.

The motherboard should come with a disc with drivers and manuals for troubleshooting. If not go to the websites of the product and download whatever you need. Or you can check the device manager to check and see if the driver needs to be installed.
