Ok, my partner and I have been trying to conceive and therefore had unprotected sex every other day thoroughout the month. My period is now exactly a week late. I took a hpt at 3 days late and it was negative (but I had been for a pee only an hour before and my urine was clear). Only had one test. Anyone had a test that turned positive after a week late? I have been so moody and very gassy (bowels are fine) and have had clear watery discharge since a few days before period due. Please help. Any suggestions?

You can get so worked up by wanting to be pregnant so bad that your nerves can make you miss your period. My sweet sister went through that! When she finally quit thinking about it, and just relaxed, she was pregnant the next month! LOL!! You can also want to be pg so bad that your body will actually start to act like it is! If you don't start soon, like in the next day or so, I would go get another test and do it with your first morning urine, or go to the doc. GOOD LUCK!! :+)

you might be pregnant but try and wait take the test again in 2days and try to take it in the morning when you wake up if you are pregnant your hormones built up every 48 hours so maybe when you took the test you didnt have enough hormones to show a positive test

I have always had positive at 1 day after and never used them first thing in the morning but Id test again.You can geta real cheap testat the dollar store

for your Peace of mind go see a doctor there is nothing like a blood test, for now get one more EPT and do the test Early in the morning because you sure sound pregnant to me....early on you get that way and may see spotting its all part of being a Mommy I am I have 3 kids.

if ur period still won't come after a month,u r quite confirmed to conceive,but it's better to check with ur DR 4 100% confirmation.

its has to be in the bladder for 4 hours at least,try again first urine of the morning

go to a doctor and they'll do a blood test that'll detect the pregnancy hormone

Take another pregnancy test. It can't hurt. Then call your doctor either way.
