yes-according to my sister (mother of 5) she purchased one at our local mall in Texas-it specializes in pregnancy clothing for all stages/all activities.

Depends on how big you are. And how regulated your milk is. I tried jogging when my son was 3 months old... every jiggle made my milk let down. Not at all fun. Not to mention I was a 34G, I had to wrap myself in extra wide ace bandages.

I began jogging 6 weeks post partum with a high impact excercise bra. That sucker kept 'em plastered to me like glue!

Oh I got it at Wal-mart for like $12. Just get one that specifies "high impact".
