you can catch them in any location. i thought you were supposed to find swordfish shadows, but i caught mine in a loovar shadow. in fact, swordfish shadows never appeared for me until after i caught neptoona. the only thing you need is the lure for these fish, and swordfish will eventually come.

after i got the lure, i caught like 8 loovars before swordfish started appearing
