Depends on what you mean by 'corrupt'.
If you ask an Egyptian entrepreneur, he would say his is.
If you ask the mother of a starving infant in Sudan, she might say her's is.
If you ask any Puerto Rican trying to earn a living wage and not pay kick backs he might say his is.
It's a matter of personal preference.

The fifth straight year that Bangladesh has topped the most corrupt countries list. The government continues to pay lip service to fighting corruption but has shown no real consistency in doing so. It failed to sign the United Nations convention against corruption. Corrupt practices continue at every level of the government and judiciary--wherever citizens or businesses interact with the government. Senior public officials, ministers, even the nation's head of state continue to put their hands in the till.

That is such an open question,,,Depends where you are from. Most people will stand behind their country because that is what they are taught or live there because they believe in their country except for a few that have to suffer through things they have no control in...,and cannot move..
I would say China ,,,,only because people do not even have the free will to have as many children as they want....or if they have more than one they have to make a choice if they want to keep it or try for a son....I am not sure really of many other country's ways but I am glad I live in the Land of the Free....Than at least I have my freedom to vote to change things I do not agree with ! It may have things wrong with it but I still feel we have the best place to live in the USA...

seriously, im in disbeleif. if you guys ACTUALLY beleive that the US and mexico are the most corrupt countries in the world, you shouldnt have passed 8th grade. actually, lets make it 5th grade. they may not be completely morally upstanding, but they are far far far away from being the most corrupt countries around. The US is probably one of the least corrupt. there are many 3rd world countries with on going genocide and gross human rights violations. there are probably countries youve never heard of in africa and asia that make the former iraq under saddam look like it was being run by mother teresa. look at darfur.

We have been beyond national boundaries as they pertain to corruption for a very long time.
Those who are the most corrupt consider themselves correct in their actions.
Men are corrupt is the New Testament message, isn't it?
We must be saved from ourselves.
We must worship an all mighty GOD.
As a result, we all have a rationalization for our behavior, GOD will forgive, as long as we believe in his SON as lord, the undisputed example of perfection in this reality.
We are the LAMBS of our LORD.
Religion is about control.
It has nothing to do with omnipotence
It is about convincing the people they cannot take care of themselves. It has simply been a method of crowd control from the beginning.
Omnipotence is not interested in being worshipped.
It is pure love and we are its experience.
We are not lambs. We are human beings.
And we have work to do.

I could guess the liberals would be rushing here to answer "USA, USA!", but not in the usual patriotic sense. They should try living in North Korea for a year, and instead of crying over their shattered civil liberties which they can't get very specific about, they'd be begging just for permission to leave.
