Car custimizing questions. How do I/ How much will this cost???

Question

1. On the dash board, where the rpm meter and coolant temp meter, all that stuff, the back light for when i'm driving at night, is white. I want it to be blue. It would make me enjoy driving at night more.
2. Same thing, except on the clock/radio/AC area.
3. A Higher intensity of lights, the whiteish/blue kind. MY head lights suck.

How do i do any of that? Or at least how much will it cost?

there is a blue cover that slips over the dash lights you may need to but a light that already has them you may need 6 of them

as far as head lights there is a new one out there i cannot think of the name of it but it actually arcs between posts in the bulb its suppose to be the brightest hing out there its also expensive i think jaguars run them on there new cars
