It's a 3000 GT. The crossmember is only a support for the engine roll stop. It does not support the engine or transmission weight. You still need it to reduce engine torque roll or else the flexable joints in the exhaust will deteriorate and costly repairs to prevent exhaust from entering the drivers compartment will occur.
