Your height is determined by genetics...height of your parents, especially your father.
Males with high levels of testosterone will make more sperm, have a deeper voice, get bigger muscles and have more facial/body hair, but does not effect their height.

Yes- sperm from your DAD determines, along with your mother's Egg, how tall you will be. But if you are referring to that bottomless pit of semen you are able to produce through masterbation, of course not. Just keep enjoying yourself.
