many people do not beleive in john edwards, if you watch his shows he says "im getting a jen or john name in this area, he never identifies a person to whom those who have crossed over are reffering.
Personally if i had a dead guy talking in my ear i would think he would want to make sure the message got to the right person by saying the ugly chick with the afro, or the skinny guy with the tatoo.
There is also a $1,000,000.00 prize James Randy has offered to anyone who can prove supernatural or psychic powers.

But here is some more information on Mr Edwards. i just hope more people wake up and smell the BS.

No, I'm sure it's a scam. I mean, the guy can't even say anything outright, it's all guessing, like 20 questions. Do you know anyone with an "M" name? C'mon, who *doesn't* know someone with a name that starts with "M", right? What annoys me the most is that, if he is wrong, he will tell the person, no, I am right, you just aren't getting it yet. Whatever...
I think it's disgusting that someone would make so much money off of people who are grieving. I'm embarrassed for that guy for being such a snake.

I heard that he has his workers standing on line with the audience before the show, make believe they are audience members and get people to tell them their unique stories. They then tell this to John Edwards.
I believe there are people out there who can connect with the dead, but I don't know if I believe John in particular. This guy is probably so rich from this business, which makes me think he has other motives.

Regarding James Randi, people have called him on his "contest" and his $1,000,000 prize doesn't exist. He says the money is invested elsewhere. Nobody has seen it though.
Regardless, why should somebody jump through hoops to please a guy like James Randi? Let him be a skeptic. That's HIS issue, not somebody else's. And none of the people he is approaching need the money...
Believe what you want about John Edwards. There are plenty of people who do and he works with those people. He's not trying to please everybody, especially skeptics like James Randi.
