YES! I live with my cousin and not only does she talk too much but she is extremely loud as well. I have to shut myself in my bedroom to even talk on the phone and even then she comes barging in (no courtesy knock or anything) yelling stuff just to annoy me because she knows I am on the phone. Guess what, it works.

I work alone. Do I talk too much to myself? Maybe.-)
I live with my daughter, yes, she talks non stop, but she's young and I get used to it. I think the biggest problem with people who talk too much is that they don't realize, eventually, others tune out so much of what they say. Then even when they have something important to say, they are tuned out.

GOd, I can't believe you asked this. YES! I have recently started training a new part time co-worker. If she had her way, we'd be carrying on a conversation (one sided though it might be!) ALL day long when we didn't have customers. I'm gradually getting her to talk less, so I can spend time out here. Shut the F up, and leave me alone!!!!!!!

yes, this older man who works with me. nobody asks him how hes doing anymore b/c if you do, he tells you every ache, pain, or thing thats gone wrong in his life that day. If he would talk about cheerful stuff I wouldn't mind as much but the reason hes in such bad health is b/c he drank himself to it and its hard to feel sorry for him....real annoying to hear about 1st thing monday morning....

I always prefer to work alone. I can think better and come up with more ideas to improve my projects. Noise distracts me and i tend to take a longer time to accomplish my tasks.

Yup myself. I talk to myself all day long at work, because I work in a room by myself.
