Probably Blackadder, or Only Fools and Horses, but I've got all the Blackadder's on DVD so I'll have to go with that. I just like the sarcastic and dry humour.
Oh, and Keeping Up Appearances. I just love the look on Hyacinth's face when something doesn't go as planned. And poor Richard. LOL.

I think I could probably give a different answer each day, but today I'm going to say Frasier.
It is beautifully constructed...like a classic farce, and the acting is superb. It exposes the ludicrous nature of pomposity and yet allows the audience to retain affection for the characters who display it.
I was even sad to hear that 'Eddie' (real name 'Moose') had died!
