I have Harvest Moon:M.M.
I have got Mayor Theodore to 1 heart,and getting him to 2.
Do I just go into Woody's Workshop and see if there's new land or will Mayor Theo. say that there's new land in a skit or something....?????????????????????????????

You buy land from the mayor himself I believe. You use Woddy to build the things on it.
