On a scale diagram, if 1 cm represents 20 metres, how do I find out how many mm represents 2 metres?
We are planning to make a display garden and we need to work this out to put up a fence round the boundary.
I have a rough idea but I need to know the correct mesurements...Any Ideas?

Buy a "scale rule" available from any stationers. These come in different varieties so take your drawing along and the assistant should be able to give you best one.

Go to staples or wh smith and buy a scale rule which will have four different scales on it and allows you to read a scaled drawing and make a scaled drawing with ease
