I'm going to say Texas b/c that's where I live. But, honestley. One has to say NY b/c ,despite it's only b/c of the city, I'm pretty sure the ratio of that city's rate is greater than any other state as a whole. NY and LA are the city of dreams, but one must also realize who settled in each state, migrated there, and where there's a better opp. and a long time b/4 l.a.,cal, NY was there. Sorry, not trying to make an essay, but New York.

I would say probably California. I don't know that for a fact though. I'm only basing that on what I've heard about the state, I've never been there.
