The fat deaf man who sucks up an 800,000 a year salary while the hearing people who make his company work (we're a relay for the deaf company, after all) get paid minimum wage, and long-time employees get fired now, right before christmas, while the fat man laughs.
I would change the fat man, and then turn his non-profit into a for-profit so I could afford to pay my employees correctly.

1. $1000.00 per month higher salary...
2. 30 hour work weeks...we only work two 15 hour days on Tuesdays and Thursdays...with the other days off...
3. Free coffee and danish and a massage every day...
4. Sauna, Jacuzzi, "Hot Chick" room for those who might find that "relaxing..."
5. No dress code...except looking like a Jimmy Buffet fan actually scores points with the boss...
6. I'm the President of the company...(same work schedule above)
7. I actually "rule the entire world," as well...
8. My co-workers refer to me as..."The Lord-Dah"
9. Our "work" is often referred to as..."wicked fun..."
10. You are my private "In-House Doctor," however...no one is exactly sure what your "field of medicine" actually is...

What's a work place ?
All I do is sleep late .... crash cars.... leave toilet seats up and buy hairy spiders ...... you mean their another time space to share myself with? WOW!!!!
