the changes in puberty are like almost having an orgasm. You fell it almost there but not quite and as you get more and more ready for it the anxiety increases more and more and more until finally THERE IT IS !!!!! Your are so close. It will happen any minute now. Be ready and stop worrying so much.

You answered your question yourself--- your BROTHER told you something, and you believed him? Nothing happens other than you get bigger and stronger and taller and fill out as you get towards 17 or 18. Maybe he found out how to masterbate at that age, but you probably already learned that trick.

So. ?
Don't sit at home staring at that
silly PC-screen --- go out. Do something.
So "something" will happen...
Time flies. Very fast. And if You sleep
and dream only, You will wake up with 35 ...
And You'll be very very sad and say to Your self :
»Where is my life !? My youth ?!«
Aaron.

as long as you dont hit 25 and havent yet have changes, it is alright.
stress and nuitrtion and lifestyle r the main factors.
stay healthy and you would not have any problems.
do not feel overly stressed bout this
its ok!!! :):):)

You should have seen some changes in your body.
Don't worry about it, and don't rush it!
You will catch up in time.
