$250,000 will not be a lot of money if you are as irresponsible with it as you are now. If you are spending $6.50 a day you are saving $13.50 a day, $67.50 a week, $270 a month, $3,510 a year. At your age that is plenty of cash to start making it work for you. Your first goal should be to save $1,000 and then pay off all of your silly debt. After that make your goal to save $2,000 pretty soon you will be making decent money off of interest once you have been saving money all this time, by the time you are 16 you will have about $11,000 you can take half of that and open an investment account. Before you know it you won't have to work at all and the $250,000 you can use to earn you more money instead of spending it.

You have to pay off your silly debt. Take any jobs you can find. Babysitting, mowing lawns, cleaning houses, delivering newspapers...whatever. Sell your belongings. Learn not to make stupid bets and learn how to be responsible. In other words - grow up.
Talk to your parents and find out what you can do to EARN that $20. Money you EARN will mean a lot more to you.
You don't deserve that $500 whatever so forget it.

You should rake leaves shovel snow babysit and do other things . Stop spending 6.50 per day. Once you have enough money to pay your debt save the rest of the money and buy the toy.

Try putting one dollar a day, in a bank. I can understand that your expenses come to $6.50 a day, but that leaves you $3.50 a day for yourself. Force yourself to put $1.00 away each day, and it will add up. You can also add any change that you have at the end of each day.

You need to be saving for college and/or your future.
If you owe people money, you HAVE to pay that off first.
Don't buy whatever it is you want, I'm sure it's something you WANT rather than something you NEED.
