Oh my gosh yes! He was and still is a wonderful man, he taught me much about Native Americans and their medicine and the calming music they play. I love my Dr. Bob!

Absolutely.............When I was studying Psych. a Professor once told me you should never go to a Psych., who has never seen a Psych., I wanted to be a Psych. and although that is not what I do, I work in the field, so I went, and frankly I rather enjoyed it!...an unbiased person to vent to? Who reflects back to you your own feelings and helps you identify issues?
Yeah, I'm all about it, it was a good clarifying experience for me. Dug it!

Yea, when I was going through a rough divorce of almost 14 years. It helped to have someone to talk to, but that's about it. I requested anti depressants & after a few months quit taking them because they didn't work. I think I expected them to make me feel less sad. That was many years ago.....:)

Yes, my mom sent me when I was a teen because she was going through a divorce and took my silent distance for a mental health issue.

Yes, I have. I used to be a self-mutilator. I was quite a depressed and angsty teenager.
