Is there really a necessity for you to think about that? Maybe problem is in fact that you don't know how to live. Perhaps that's the reason for you to constantly think about death and possibility of living in some form after death? Did you ever think about that?

No I cannot answer all of your questions but I can make a logical guess.
It is a scientific fact that matter and energy cannot be made or unmade. Now matter and energy can be changed. So, it is quite obvious that our body decomposes, but what of the consciousness. Well, it cannot not exist so it must be released from the body and/or change is some way. what that change in-cures, well we can only guess.

you don't go to heaven or hell.
the bible refers to death as a "sleep" around
60 times. so you go to sleep!
if you're one of the "righteous" dead you'll wake up at the 2nd coming of Christ! if not you'll be resurrected after the millenium.
the event called "hell" occurs shortly after-lasting a few days. bible has all the answers!
