Organise a search party.
Call the local police.
Go to the place where she was suppose to go last night and ask.
Go to places she likes to frequent.
Telephone all friends and relatives and ask if they have seen her.
Ask them to help you.

You did not indicate whether something has happened to her or not. If she was just out, it should not be a problem for him. She is the one that made the decision.
